Beyond the Portfolio
Get to Know Me
There’s more to me than just marketing spreadsheets and campaigns — I’m all about mixing hard work with a bit of fun and a whole lot of passion.
I’m pretty much glued to the gym these days — not just for the workout, but because it’s where I clear my head, crank up my favourite songs, and feel unstoppable.
When I’m not breaking a sweat, you’ll probably find me buried in a good book. I’m an active member of the BookTok community, with over 11,000 followers on TikTok who share my obsession with all things literary. I regularly attend author events with publishers, and I’m lucky enough to have made some of those incredible authors close friends — which is honestly a dream come true.
Family means the world to me, and whether it’s a quick catch-up or a big Sunday bbq, those moments are my recharge button. And if there’s a concert happening with one of my favourite artists? You better believe I’m front and centre, singing my heart out and soaking up every second.
Plus, life wouldn’t be complete without my mischievous little cockapoo puppy, who somehow manages to steal the spotlight (and my socks) every day. These parts of my life fuel the energy and passion I bring to my work — because to me, success is all about balance, joy, and being authentic.
How My Journey Began
My marketing journey began when I studied Media Studies at school, where I first discovered my passion for the ever-evolving world of marketing and social media. I realised I thrived in creative areas such as video production, graphic design, blogs, case studies, and event planning. My first taste of real-world experience came when I helped my sister with her eyelash business, managing her graphics and video content during the evenings alongside working part time as a book-keeper for a family run business.
As I began my career at UPP Residential Services, I fully embraced the world of content creation and marketing campaigns. What started as a keen interest soon blossomed into a career, and I quickly progressed through the ranks. My enthusiasm for organising engaging events and developing vibrant social media strategies really took off in my role as a Student Experience Events and Marketing Coordinator, where I further developed my passion for connecting with audiences.
At Osirium Technologies Ltd, I stepped into the role of Marketing Executive and Social Media Manager, where I led a variety of marketing and communication activities that contributed to Osirium’s success in the cybersecurity and IT automation sectors. Proficient in creating regular reports and executing email campaigns, I had the opportunity to manage email marketing strategies, successfully sending over 2 million emails annually and generating 500+ weekly content downloads. Additionally, I performed routine database reviews and clean-ups, ensuring the company's data management practices were always optimal.
One of my proudest achievements was driving the rebranding initiative for Osirium’s online webinar presence, which resulted in the highest attendance records to date. I also revamped the company’s social media strategy by collaborating with key stakeholders to produce more diverse and engaging content. This effort led to a significant transformation in Osirium’s online presence, with LinkedIn followers doubling and overall engagement increasing by 130% year-over-year.
Now, let’s swiftly move on to what I’m doing currently:
I’m a Marketing Executive for the UK, Ireland, and Canada at Achilles, a global leader in supply chain risk and performance management. My role bridges regional strategy and hands-on delivery, focused on generating pipeline, supporting sales, and strengthening our presence in these key markets.
What that actually looks like:
Close Collaboration with Sales
I work hand-in-hand with regional sales teams to ensure marketing efforts are fully aligned with commercial objectives. From developing targeted nurture workflows to supporting outreach for priority accounts, I make sure our campaigns are timely, tailored, and pipeline-driven.Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
I deliver ABM campaigns that focus on high-value prospects and existing customers. These include personalised email journeys, bespoke content, and targeted LinkedIn activity, all designed to engage key decision-makers and influence buying committees.International Events & Brand Positioning
I plan and manage both virtual and in-person events across the UK, Ireland, and Canada, including webinars, roundtables, and industry conferences. These events play a key role in lead generation, thought leadership, and strengthening customer relationships.Partner & Account Management Support
I collaborate closely with our partner team and account managers to support joint go-to-market campaigns, customer retention initiatives, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Marketing plays a central role in driving value throughout the customer lifecycle.Campaign Delivery & Performance Optimisation
I oversee the full campaign lifecycle across email, paid media, social, and content — tracking performance, refining tactics, and always keeping ROI front of mind.
I also had the chance to research, pitch, organise, and deliver in-person events, including Infosec 2023 at London’s ExCeL, Osirium’s largest and most successful event in the company's history. The event generated 134 highly qualified leads, reinforcing our industry presence. Managing partner relationships and implementing initiatives such as deal registrations to strengthen joint ventures were also key aspects of my role. I worked closely with the sales team, ensuring a seamless transition throughout the sales cycle, both pre- and post-events.
Now let’s move forward to January 2024, when I joined tepeo. In this role, I have been responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to both Consumer and Installer (tepeoPRO) audiences. By conducting competitive research and benchmarking performance, I’ve been able to refine messaging and enhance the suitability of various platforms.
I oversaw all social media channels (Instagram, X, LinkedIn and Facebook), ensuring consistent branding, engaging content, and effective communication strategies to grow our online presence. Regular performance reports provide insights that guide continuous improvements across these platforms.
Beyond social media, I manage email marketing campaigns using HubSpot, focusing on segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis to nurture leads and boost conversions. Additionally, I’ve led web development projects on WordPress and Squarespace, ensuring that all designs are responsive, visually appealing, and in line with brand guidelines.
From designing product brochures and flyers using Canva, PowerPoint, and InDesign to collaborating with tepeoPRO partners on business cards, social graphics, and web page enhancements, I work closely with our network to elevate the brand’s presence and strengthen relationships across various channels.
As marketing is ever-evolving, I’m committed to staying ahead of the curve , which is why I’m currently studying a Level 4 qualification with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) in Professional and Digital Marketing.
